Contract silence is deafening
In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.
Re: Contract silence is deafening
I don't think we have a contractural crisis just because some nameless flog says we do. Ideally you'd like to see the likes of Stanley, Geary and Siposs signed up to avoid another club poaching them but if we can sign them up, soon there'll be plenty of players that will go on the veterans list which will open up plenty of space. If Goddard goes or someone like Montagna has to make way then so be it.

Be patient and relax people. The first pieces of the jigsaw will become clearer soon.

To me it sounds more like a player manager trying to put 'pressure' on the Club by 'floating a story' and trying to push the Club towards what his client wants.

"The longer St Kilda takes to re-sign players, the more people like me will make a living speculating on stuff we don't know".
Re: Contract silence is deafening
that article is probably the fairest i have read. it actually quotes as many sources as possible and shows all sides of the story.
better than the HUNs version of trying to paint the picture of another st kilda disaster

Who gives a sh!t what you think d!ckhead!"...But for all that, the longer the Saints leave it to announce their player re-signings, the more those outside the club will start to believe there really is some sort of contractual crisis at the club... "

As long as the ones that are re-signed are the bests ones to end the 46 year drought
How many defenders will The Saints pick in the 2024 draft ?
