Really disappointed
We dominated clearances after half time, out tackled them, and out ran them even after a 6 day break and 2 weeks of travel. Only poor conversion cost us the game.

That's fair enough. Couldn't see how there would be anything else but a rout when they lead by 5 goals half-way through the last. Amazing to get within a kick. But of course. we shouldn't have been 5 goals down with the chances we blew. Having said that, Adelaide missed a few as well.Austinnn wrote:4 point loss. Hard to know what to take from that.
We have so much character - never say die. It's great. But in reality all we did was hang on all game...again.
Given our schedule I can't really criticise that effort.
But I do question the gameplan, and our kicking for goal. The first because getting into a shootout against the crows, who these same players have easily locked down time and time again, was always playing into their hands. The second because we've seen it in crucial games time and time again. It's a massive handicap.
Anyway, exciting to watch (although not so tonight i felt), and hope we hit round fourteen fresh and hungry and sharp.
I want to see us in the finals. More than once.

Yep disgraceful behavior, booing all night, rage and hate on their faces- yet they probably had 4-5 goals directly or indirectly from frees/50m pen, not to mention frees not paid....
