I was speechless when Kosi kicked that behind. Absolutely shocking kick!

I agree Gram has been poor. Our midfield was outplayed in the first quarter. The Tigers defence is absolutely shocking. BJ having his best game for a while. Hard to pick a winner at this stage.

Re: Saints v Tigers - Game thread
As usual, Saints were asleep for the first 10 mins, slow to dispose, second to the ball, Tigers were ferocious. Plus Maric dominating in the Ruck. But being the Tigers they kept the gate open for us and Lenny, BJ, Steven, Armo and Jones got the ball into our F50 which is working really well tonight.
It will be very interesting to see which team tires first; get the feeling that Tigers are going harder, Saints are pacing themselves, but they will get tired from the last few weeks.
Hold on to your hats!

Did they make the ball out of margarine tonight?

Ball seems a bit soapy. So far Roo missed an easy one and Richmond scored. Roo has another chance...even worse - but Kosi marks in front of the behind post - goal!

Not sure who's on jack - seen simpkin, Gilbert, and Gwilt all out marked - goal to tigers.if only Roo could kick. He'd be carey-esque - but he can't.

Gram goes to ground unnecessarily, costing us a chance to turn it over.
Weak.

Lucky Miley CAN kick!
Goal - typical milney - worked is opponent under it, turned onto the ball and curled it in.
Roo - nice pack mark - this time? No - yes!
Saints in front!

Lovely, lovely play down the right side. Ends with crisps 48 out on the left - which is where he tugs the shot. Point.

Bloody hell, modern footy is getting so similar to Rugby with all these packs.

Re: Saints v Tigers - Game thread
Tigers have an uncanny ability to throw the ball without anyone noticing - aside from the home crowd.
Tigers finding it much harder o find a target now - going out wide a lot.. Jack.r flies - right in front - goal!

Re: Saints v Tigers - Game thread
Newnes handballs are a bit risky tonight, he's got to be a bit calmer under pressure.
Still disposal all round tonight is pretty dynamic.

Re: Saints v Tigers - Game thread
I swear I can't hear anything happening from the cheer squad. WHERE ARE YOU?
In other news, the video review voice sounds about 80 years old.
What was Gilbert thinking there?
