Re: Changes for next week
I think Sippa may be dropped. I know he didn't have much of a chance tonight (coming on in the last quarter and all) but he can't seem to get INTO it in his two games so far this year.
And can someone teach Gilbo not to turn it over so much FFS

Going off yesterday's game Raph would probably be more of a chance than Gwilt. Still needs to get the fitness back.
Thats Mr. Smartarse to you

I'd be disappointed if Wilkes was dropped.meher baba wrote:Out Wilkes

Although he didn't have a good match tonight, we need that third tall in the forward line while Stanley is playing in the ruck.
To be honest, none of the talls really dominated. Roo (off the top of my head) kick 1 goal 3.
Would rather see Sippos dropped, and bring in Gwilt.

i reckon the backline was pretty good as a unit tonight, so i don't reckon it's a good idea to break it up.WinnersOnly wrote:Out: GILBERT has been poor all year.
Re: Changes for next week
I think we must stick with our forward structure. Losing Wilkes will make it easier to double team riewoldt or kosi

Re: Changes for next week
I don't think they'll drop Wilkes as he gives us the extra tall up forward PLUS he will won't show those weagles that they made a mistake (he did play for them didn't he)?

The only thing I want Clarke in is another teams jumper. We bring him in and we are farkedBuckets wrote:meher baba wrote:Out Wilkes

No change IMHO. Drop Gilbert to the sub to use his pace as an impact and give Sippa 4 quarters to show his wares.

Re: Changes for next week
Barring injuries I reckon the only players not safe are Wilkes and Siposs. It's gonna depend on how far away guys like Gwilt and Clarke are away to push for selection. I think Clarke needs another two in the magoos and Gwilt probably the same coming back from a longterm injury. Ledger, Cripps and Newnes all in Sandy's best and keeping the pressure on.
No change IMO.

Re: Changes for next week
nah he struggled for touch I thought. Would be unlucky to miss but again I am still future focused. Would love to start getting games into Ledger and Ray has earnt at least three of four weeks back in the team after tonight.

Take yourself to the drug clinis immediately. You need treatment.
Re: Changes for next week
Ledger, Gwilt close to in
Siposs, Gilbert close to out
Not sure on Fisher..... Cripps, Peake, Newnes just behind

No change unless Chips gets up. That 22 deserve another week!
