Well he certainly hurt his hammy.

I suppose only the club and Sam himself know the extent of that hurt.

Wow, potentially great news re Fisher. Ledger stiff, but don't mind it terribly, as it will make him all the more hungry and determined when he does finally get a shot.

Well he is out then. Who comes in. Scotty is sounding more like Jim Carrey every week.

When Ledger gets in, and he will sooner or later, if he performs at at least a decent level, he may be in to stat... Not rotated in and out in 3/4 games spells like Cripps, Newnes, Siposs (hasnt been spelled yet) etc...

Just a hunch that he has to really earn his permanent spot..

No change?

Cripps maybe for Saad after his 3 VFL goals..

Do you have concerns over Watters and his maneuvers?

No really couldnt give a stuff but I fail to see the point of these changes every week. Hasnt helped on the field. That doesnt mean it has hurt but why do it. This week is totally diferent as we play Monday. Last week the side was picked after the last training session so why all the cloak and dagger.

Watters always seems to change the team. So will not surprise if Fisher does not play.

Maybe the whole Fisher selection fiasco is some comedy attempt by Scotty?

Maybe he was never injured.

Maybe he was accidentally subbed last week and the hammy was just used as a cover up. Maybe a Wilkes type tweak

I'm looking forward to the blockbuster film: "The Accidental Substitute" starring Wilkes & Fisher.

Also can't wait for the NCIS episode titled: "Off the Ledger" starring Ledg.

Shame jimmy is not ready this seems like the perfect timing with Sam out. Experience for experience.

I think both Saady and Sippa have merit. Given the structure of last weeks team was so different it'd be worth persisting with. i don't think we have anyone else that is deserving of a guerns just yet - even ledger.

I've never seen a bad St.Kilda player - that's just how they are.

Doc Smooth or whatever his name is mentioned something about a cork or something along those lines which appeared to be may have a minor hammy tear associated with it.

So maybe there was no tear.

That said I can't help but wonder what would of happend if Fisher had of played the game out, whether the result would have been different.

We we doing pretty well until he went off, Buddy went nuts as there was no 3rd man up, and less rebounding ability.

32 for Sandy. Was polished and smart from all reports. Can play taller than Ledger.

Other than that I don't know.

because he is an afl standard footballer....ledger will be one day...not quite there yet.....ray adds to the teams ball getting ability.....he got 30 odd possessions in the vfl last week...deserves a chance....

Fazza Razza is probably a boarderline 22 player and having him on the cusp is not such a bad thing. He gets a poor wrap on this forum and I am unsure why.

If Fisher stays somehow and Gwilt comes back next week our backline suddenly looks a wee bit better.

Ledger will get his shot throughout the season. Perhaps they are wanting to ease him into the season with perhaps playing a stronger role as a youngen compared to a Newnes type role or Cripps. The latter two do not look like best 22 players yet however are afforded a few games. Maybe Ledger will get 10+ games in the second half of the year and will be due to fitness?

Maybe he is a little douchebag?
