We will have our standard late change. We're pretty tricky. Hawks won't see it coming.mohannair wrote:Kosi will come in late if it does not rainRalphy wrote:Emergancies

Happy with Sippos. If he plays.

Kosi doing penance for getting rubbed out and giving away stupid 50s.
He will enjoy the run at Sandy on Sunday.

Stanley needs to get game so it was out of Wilkes and Kosi and Wilkes did his job last week so he keep his spot

Kosi will come in as a late change. Think Polo is unlucky.

Re: This weeks team - official
It's an interesting scenario. Kosi has been our best forward all year but Wilkes was equally good in his one game and we couldn't go into a potentially wet game with McEvoy, Stanley, Riewoldt, Kosi and Wilkes. Until Stanley or Wilkes lose form or are unavailable I'm not sure how Kosi gets back in.
Personally I probably would have given Stanley the week off since a big man who doesn't have a huge physical presence won't be too effective in the wet. Glad to see Siposs finally get a game. One scrappy negator out and one versatile skillful player in.

Ohhhhhh, I like that team. Wilkesy survives (and Crippa) and Sippa is in. Also, history is once again on our side to WIN as no-idea-me certainly didn't pick that selection!
Poloveriser very unlucky. But to replace a tough experienced, but limited, player of his type (and in a pressure game), with a young skilful player like Sipposs indicates to me where selection policy is headed. Similarly, I'm really very pleasantly surprised that the selectors seem to value Wilkesy's forward pressure and repeated efforts, enough to make the big call of leaving out an in form Kosi. Pleasing.
If we must persist with the late change thing - Grammy out for Ledger (is Ledge the 4th emergency???) But then I shouldn't get too greedy...

Looks like my mate Grammy is safe. Ok then, put him on Cyril and make him be accountable. I know you can be Jason... if you want to be...

Re: This weeks team - official
If it is wet i could see Saad come in for Cripps. I think we are a small forward short without Sniderman. I know Milera has been playing that role sometimes, but he has been playing a lot higher up on the HFF. I like Sippa is great by foot. Ledger has not done enough at Sandy to justify his position in the side yet. At least this year if your form has been good at Sandy you are being rewarded at the selection table.
Why not play Kosi at CHF to crash the packs, if we are to tall up forward? You can also move him forward if required.
