Re: Game Thread vs Port Adelaide
decent second quarter by the boys. Wind hurting the game a bit. Gee it's good to have Lenny back.

Re: Game Thread vs Port Adelaide
What was in the Poweraide at 1/4 time? A completely different side in the 2nd quarter, and we kicked goals.
Let's hope they can do it again in the 3rd, another 7 to 3 goal quarter would be nice.
By the way, our best player for me is Geary, only one who was good in both quarters, and Gilbert has been very good, just 1 bad kick so far.

Except for the sanity nothing much has been lost.
Re: Game Thread vs Port Adelaide
that kick was actually half decent, it was the bounce which demolished us. Had it bounced kindly we had 2 players free on the over lap.Life Long Saint wrote:Be nice if Dumpster could hit targets.

Re: Game Thread vs Port Adelaide
Well,we're in front?!
Negatives-lack of foot speed,clearances,foot skills,umpiring display
Positives- The forward line, and movement inside it. Hasn't worked that well for a long time. However it is Port,so who knows? 9 goals in a half but, wow, that was 6 quarters work last year.
I also like the way Kosi is moving, giving away free kicks, but he looks as good as he has for a long time. Stanley best game he has played for us
