I think your bottom 10 are right.
Though I'd have Richmond a couple of nothches lower than 9th, but like everyone would just LOVE to see them finish in their traditional 9th spot.

For the top eight I'd have Collingwood ahead of Sydney
and Caaaaarlton ahead of Adelaide.

I think we are so used to making the finals that we can't quite bare to have us miss, alas it is going to happen sometime soon and I think this may be the year. I can't see us improving as much as a few other younger sides in Essendon, North, Freo and even Richmond. After the better part of a decade playing finals we shouldn't complain…

Either we win it or we come near enough to last. The way things are at the moment nothing much seems to come of any other results.

Seriously tho it's impossible to tell until we get a game under our belt BUT on available evidence, I can't see us in the eight, more likely bottom quarter of ladder.

Defence just ain't there. Fisher can't do everything. And Gwilty when back will be unfit.

Forward troubles me: whilst I was slightly encouraged by Kosi's fitness and effort, the game simply doesn't suit his type any more and I thought Riewoldt looked, frankly, passenger-poor in the NAB. Milne was MIA. Saad showed a fleeting glimpse here and there. Same for Stanley. Add it all up and it's 4/10ths of FA in terms of scoring potency. Ugly.

Our middle rotation is still A-grade (Armo, Dal, Joey, BJ, Jones, Hayes, Ledger - VERY solid core) and of course will be fortified by the great 7's return but with obvious holes at either end I reckon we are in a real pickle.

I'm expecting nothing, hoping to be pleasantly surprised, prepared to be frustrated.

In fact until the GWS and Suns shows fade from view, I'm not sure I'll be watching with same intent. Lets be honest the comp is (f)rigged until then.
