Husband is an Essendon supporter and he received his membership pack before Christmas and didn't have to make any phone calls regarding renewing.

is he roll over?
and when did he first receive information

He didn't have to do anything. Just let it roll over. I think something came in the mail around October, not long after season finished. Same thing happened previous year. Next year will be different as the seat he has (since Etihad, Telstra, Colonial opened) now falls into a different category of membership (more expensive of course). He will have to contact them at the end of the 2012 season to either change his seat on a different level or pay extra to keep it and have a different level of membership. He is not happy. Loves his seat which is on level 1.

But we are still awaiting my wifes and the little girls (little saint) to arrive. I contacted the club and they said it will be with us shortly . Found it strange as our memberships just rolled over from prev years,

Half our group recieved theirs early-mid Jan.,the rest nothing, we are all on rollover with no changes.
Rang two weeks ago,they said a week.

Over the last month three packs have arrived - all about a week apart.
Still one more to come.
But all were paid for at once!!!!

Seems a pretty random disorganised system.
Why wouldn't you process one order at a time and dispatch it in one parcel.
That would surely have to be simpler than splitting the order up and paying 4 lots of postage?

delivery all over the place - got my members pack less the 'be the future' tshirt pack - club now reckons end of March!! How bloody hard is it to cobble together membership packs? my sister the filth member got her stuff in November! we wld have to be the most incompetent club in terms of membership services - it's the same every year - no wonder 7000 did not rejoin last year.

They appear to be sending it all direct from the manufacturers?

Would be better to import the stock to a third party warehouse at least, to sort it all, and have some kind of organisation to it.

Little guy is waiting for his teddy also Maxdis, the other memberships arrived ages ago.

Maybe they get the kids used to waiting, to prepare them for life as a Saints supporter

Spoke to club today, still a major delay with the "Be The Future Kits" we are looking at least till the middle of April to get our kits, I know there was a stuff up but its not good enough, i expected to get it before the start of the first home game.
