Snap Poll - Archer v Ferguson
Quick hypothetical - Lets say a tall goes down (touch wood i dont want to jinx it).
Lets say you have to promote ONE of Ferguson OR Archer to the senior list.
Who do you choose?

Re: Snap Poll - Archer v Ferguson
seems noone cares about this question!. it very may well become an important one soon enough.
Re: Snap Poll - Archer v Ferguson
Hard to reply seeing most fans probably haven't seen much of either of them unless they are VFL-watchers. I've only seen Archer in the NAB cup and his single senior game, and I've never seen Ferguson play.....

Short term - Archer, just becuase of size
But as a player I prefer Ferguson, doesn't really play Kpp
Pretty similar to gilbo without the awful kicking

Archer was named in last nights squad. I was disappointed he did not get a run. Always thought he did well in Round 1 last season, and should have been given another chance during the season.

very few have seen enough of either to have a solid opinion.Con Gorozidis wrote:Quick hypothetical - Lets say a tall goes down (touch wood i dont want to jinx it).

i'd suggest it would be archer as he's bigger and more experienced, but that's just a guess.

Also one is a running back and the other is a spare parts player. They will never be fighting for the same position.

Re: Snap Poll - Archer v Ferguson
Neither of them played although Archer was named. Spoke to Ferguson in between games as I am following his progress (Sydney boy). Apparently got a head knock last week at training and the computer programme the club uses to guage severity of concussions could not be analysied in time before naming the squad. He didn't know if he was going to be named but was was not cleared to play anyway.

Thanks Con. Hope so but as reported would be better if it was broadcast. Long way from home to make the trip.
