I am impressed with the move to recruit players with outstanding character. I also am thrilled that the club has brought a number of great Saints back to the club as coaches. Likewise I think the move to respect and honour our past players, staff and volunteers. All good. And the olive branch extended to Grant Thomas - that too is excellent.

The clubs greatest resource is its people. Finally we seem to be getting it. That club motto demands a lot from those we bring into the club, but it also goes the other way. The club is finally creating a culture that will honour the past heroes of the club the way they deserve.

This impresses me more than the academy, more than the extra coaches, more than the better relationship with our VFL affiliate, and as such I am impressed with the direction the club is going. Thumbs up.

uunfortunately I think they thought last year it would be a new start, But Nick got rattle because he was late and the rest is history
and In reality we were annoucing a profit and you want the ' world' well football world to know there is some good.

I've heard there are absoluetly no 'Stories' to be wrinkled out of the pre season this year.- They are flying

You can always park in either Station Street or there is a little car park in Railway Crescent( I think it is called Railway Crescent or Avenue) only a short walk over the bridge.

There were loads of press outside last year as the "NZ Scandal" had only broken a couple of days prior..but none of the miscreants were present.

Was my first AGM last year and I found it interesting...will be heading down this year also. Spinner..you should come meet us if youre there..have a bikkie with us
