Ciao softy.
Softy? You arent calling McQualter Softy are you?
Ooooo yes I am. The guy that ran around our forward line attempting to tackle players and would struggle to do so.

The player that would handball off to another 40 meters out from goal on a simple angle.

The guy that does f-all on the field.
From what i saw in 2009 McQualter was far from soft. Obviously he struggled last year with form. But he isint soft. Maybe the reason he would handball off was to give to to a better kick. Seemed to work plenty of times. Do you watch the game?
One year out of 8/9 he was with the football club and you perceive him as not being soft?

Hmmmmm.

An AFL player dishes off from 40? No you go back and kick the goal.

I do watch the game however not through rose-coloured glasses.
I perceive him as a player with limited ability. Because he dished off, he is soft? Yeah right.

Good because i dislike people that watch the game through rose-coloured glasses.

surely mcevoy is one of our priority signings? we spent 5 years developing him and spent a high draft pick on him. we dont want to lose him for anything.

mind you these rumours are invariably crap. remember when gilbo was signed and sealed to gws and armo was definitely signed and sealed to gc?

I have a 'sauce' who said that Jack Steven is a LOCK for the North Hobart Kangaroos in 2014.

Country VIC boy leaving for GWS? Well anything is possible if the moneys right. And if the money is very very good then cant blame him.

But if its a matter of where he'd like to be id say he'd rather be at the saints.

Would be shocking to lose him our only young ruckman showing great potential.

:(

Aren't they part of the normal rules now given they are part of the 2012 season?
I vaguely remember hearing something along the lines of them getting an extra year of access to players out of contract.
that's as i beleive it also- hence the BJ rumours persist as well---- although he appears to have gathered a little bonus in the last couple of weeks.
What do you mean he has gathered a bonus in the last few weeks?
BJ tweeted a pic of his nice shiny new merc 8-)
The owner of "Mercedes of Melbourne" is a very keen Saints fan, hence the Merc that Rooey drives around in as part of his "Ambassadorial Role". This sounds like BJ has a similar 3rd party agreement !!

NEW scarf signature (hopefully with correct spelling) will be here as soon as it arrives !!

This can't be real. Reports are that teams can't move ruckmen right now thanks to the sub rule - that ruckman are undervalued unless they're elite. Mac might be young and good around the ground, but he's a subpar stoppage player. I doubt anybody would view him as elite. It's entirely possible that if they have signed him, then we could wind up with a better ruckman for far less in twelve months time.

My guess is this is coming entirely out of Goldstein re-signing. Since then, people have looked around searching for out of contract ruckmen to make up rumours about. If GWS is smart, they'll take the year, evaluate Giles and whatever else they have up there and watch how Carlton, Essendon and Geelong's ruck situations play out.

Yeah nah pleasing positive

Dal would have been on the table if Ross had still been there.

Not robotic/defensive enough for Judas.
V happy with what he took to Freo, relish the thought of Kozi tearing pinhead a second one.

Riewoldt and Goddard to live up to their reputations ,Clarke and Ray to defy theirs in 2012!

Yep he stuffed up our club. We are know for getting in many GF's and to only play in 3 in his 5 years at the club is a disgrace.

That is the problem with our culture.
Achievements which are better(relatively) than our norm lead to sanctification of those at the helm at the time.
No questioning allowed 'coz 3 GF's in 5 years.
Couldn't stand Judas then and nothing in his manner of departure has endeared him to me!

Do you know that for a fact? Because getting Pelchin to the club clearly shows that they were aware of management and list issues and that there was some serious work to be done if we were not going to fall away.

I was referring to the "in Ross we btrust brigade" on here not on those running the club.
