Re: Question
Not sure but I think some of them are hanging around outside schools wearing overcoats and offering little girls lollies. Does that help?citywest wrote:Do the Saints have players going to schools during the year meeting kids and giving out free tickets?
I would hope this is happening all the time in an effort to gain new members in the future!!!
Anyone know????

Re: Question
Being offended at being called a Mormon is probably offensive to any Mormons out there.SaintPav wrote:So you meant to call me a mormon? Thank you to all who sabotaged my post. I would have thought with us just announcing a massive loss, plus the fact that Collingwood, Hawthorn, Carlton, Essendon, Richmond, Geelong and even Melbourne are leaving us for dead in the membership stakes, maybe posters would have taken this question seriously.
Alas.

Dear citywest,
These 2 links may help -
http://www.saints.com.au/news/newsartic ... fault.aspx
AND -
http://www.saints.com.au/saints%20in%20 ... fault.aspx
- which is pretty outdated but I'm sure it'd be much the same this year.

Alas.
most of those clubs started their memberhsip campaign month or months before us- Melbourne before their season had ended,
Geelong had less members than us last year- and they were coming of a Premiership winning year. What's their excuse? yes they had a profit- because they get about 90% profit from every person entering a game down there- so they don't need many. we get about40% of takings or less.
and sometimes rather than looking for the club to give it may be worth looking at it's members and see what they are doing to promote THEIR club,
