Next supporters training session
The next fans training session will be confirmed early in January 2012 and posted on this page.

Closed training
We would like to politely inform all our members and supporters of the following restrictions surrounding closed training sessions at the Linen House Centre at Frankston.

Although some of these sessions are private, the Club is pleased to welcome support at the advertised open training sessions, with details of all public sessions listed above.

Closed training sessions
Training sessions on Monday 9th and Wednesday 11th January 2012 are closed to everyone.

That will be very hard to enforce. There are no fences at Seaford or Moorabbin now.

In other words other clubs can watch but not our supporters and yes I know we arent alone in these requests. Just seems silly.

Must be some other tests going on throughout the week

Time trials are relevant.

Any reports would be appreciated.

Open sessions are PR stunts if there are closed sessions.

You'd assume the media would be down there today.

Seriously how can the club advertise when the closed sessions are and then expect to keep everyone out?

Let's be realistic about it and not live in fairyland.

If the club holds a closed session indoors, then sure, lock the door and lock out everyone. I just can't see how an outdoor session can lock out everyone.

Why does anyone care if it is Closed or not. If you are that desperate to go down, go down.

Well saind Bratty..

I hope anyone that went feels oh so very important and controversial and anti-establishment. I also hope Club staff gave you their very best dirty looks as they threw their hands up in frustration that alleged "supporters" couldnt repspect a simple request from THEIR Club

I went and filmed the three hour session

Uploaded to Youtube - look under Saints training Jan 10th 2012.

Lance or James??

There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

66 I have 6 grandchildren that I hope to entice to be avid saints fans (2 grandsons father (son-in-law) is essendon))..I had to return to work 10/1 and would have loved to have taken the kids along to training before...but alas no training so the kids miss out on saints interaction of which I think is vital for their brainwashing.

I understand your predicament but it was an oppotunity missed for me

I agree opportunity missed BUT
are essendon doing advertised training? I'd think not given the herald Sun can only find Collingwood.... oh and while they were there noticed Melbourne..
without actually finding out that many if not most Victorian Clubs- EXCEPT collingwood- began last week- as the saints did.
Collingwood was the first of the pack to emerge for a long-awaited training session, clearly hoping to dust off the remnants of a grand final defeat and focus on the promise of a better future under new management.

Are people serious. Who the f*** cares.

Unless you're an opposition coach, it doesn't matter.
