Back tomorrow, I think. First up they probably all will be required to jump on the scales, then have their skin-folds checked !!

if you were walking the dog past Probably-
session is probably over or near to- and although not Advertised every session is'open'. will be more likely that they will notify Bigger/ targeted sessions- with merchandise and coffee/drinks
and then closed sessions may be noted.

time will tell- I have fingers crossed for an ' Advertised" open session each week.
