Just heard on the radio that he is in an-induced coma and is just about to go into theatre for surgery.
Fell from his second floor balcony (from a ladder) apparently and was found not breathing.
All the best Molly for a full recovery, your passion for The Saints is wonderful!


Waiting somewhat patiently. When it comes, another St Kilda Premiership will be all the sweeter for the wait. GO SAINTS ! ! !

Based on the article I fear Molly may be brain dead already.

I hope not, but it is reminiscent of my nephew who when wheeled into surgery at the Alfred after a head injury was alive in body, but not in brain function.

Molly Meldrum Update from Phoebe O'Sullivan, a 3AW Reporter on Twitter:

Molly Meldrums manager Mark Klemens has confirmed Meldrum has swelling of the brain, broken ribs and possible punctured lung. He will be out of surgery at 11.30pm. Molly was putting up Xmas decorations in preparation for a party, when he fell down the stairs leading to his rooftop spa.
