Was always a favourite of mine ... was sorry when we let him go ...

Two favourite moments ... both against Brisbane ..when he kicked that long goal in 2004 and when he burned off Michael Voss at the Dome in 2006 ..

I thought I'd heard the story that after kicking the winning goal against Brisbane (which I missed as I so busy looking at the ground praying it would go through) the noise comng form the players' dressing room was soundling like "boooooo' but supposedly they were actually saying "woooooo" as in "Wool" as that was his nickname.

Anyone heard something similar?

I was there and there were PLENTY of our fans booing very loudly. It was a sad day for our club.

Great athlete, great clubman...but very limited player. So let's not reinvent history shall we.

I thought he was under-rated actually. Had pace and height and a real passion for his football. But that's just my opinion.

Lyin' did shaft him though though I can't remember for which recycled hack.
