Normally it is 40 senior players, 6 rookies players, plus upto 3 special rookies.
Jackson Ferguson is a special rookie as he is a former NSW scholarship player.
The club has 3 rookies at present including Ferguson allowing 4 rookie picks.
But the one short on the senior list allows an extra rookie pick if desired.
By my reckoning picks 13, 31, 49, 67, 85.
However those numbers will change as many clubs will not clear enough space on their rookie lists to activate 5 picks.
If only the club did not have salary cap issues they could use the spare senior space for a preseason draft pick.

I heard Pelchen interviewed about 2 weeks ago(edit: was a day after list lodgment 2) on SEN and he said we would take 7 draft picks and 4 rookie picks and add Saad and Milera to have 12 NEW players ( don't count Blake)

But you are including Archer as a Senior player. He should be returned to the Rookie list as he was only upgraded for a long term injury

If we have 4 picks I'd like to see us get
1. A readymade number one ruck option. Currie from Sydney, McCauley from Brisbane both fit the bill.
2. A tall athlete who could be developed into a key defender
3. An unpredictable talent like Manson or another highly rated junior who slipped for whatever reason. Recruiters tend to become too focused on kids' weaknesses while ignoring obvious talent (Andrew Swallow with poor kicking technique, Bellchambers not damaging around the ground).
4. The most impressive mature age player we can spot. Whether it's one of the Sandy guys, someone from another state leage or a delisted player desperate for another chance.
