Yep, I reckon he signed after the '09 GF on BIG money that he most certainly has not earned.stkildathunda wrote:Yes he is contracted til end of 2012
Off the back of his near Norm Smith performance his value would have been at it's peak. Has backed out of 99% of contested ball situations ever since.
Looked up the Macquarie dictionary the other day to see what EGOMANIAC meant.
Lo and behold there was a picture of Grammy

but in general i would say those players that signed new deals after 2009 cashed in and their contracts appear overcooked now.

Sadly, one of our highest paid players, which was why he could't be traded. It sickens me to know that he's getting huge money when some of that money could have been used to entice Walsh to stay. Thankfully, his current contract ends next year and he can finally be either paid what he's worth (about 200k) or we can move him on. Either way, there'll finally be some salary cap breathing space.

Open season on Gram on here but please don't question the performance
of some "big guns"on more than double his contract or you are a TROLL.

With the Lovett case finished, the other scandals involving the Saints finished, the successive GF losses a distant memory and a fresh new coaching panel and fitness staff in place......
He plays the footy he's capable of and justifies a new contract at a higher remuneration level than the one you have suggested.
No, he will just be putting the body in again so he can earn another big contract.Dr Spaceman wrote:Or......cwrcyn wrote:Sadly, one of our highest paid players, which was why he could't be traded.
