I totally agree with everyone else's comments re Xavier.
Apart from his undoubted talent on the footy field, he was a great bloke and did wonderful welfare work for local Kooris. Given that, it may be worth trying to get him back to the club to be an (indigenous) development officer- to help out Terry Milera. And who knows, there may be some more indigenous guys we recruit to the club in the national and pre-season drafts.

Are you being a bit hypocritical or over squeamish.
Very interested to read your justification for attacking the character of a good man going about his oudoor recreations on his traditional lands.

When Harvey played his first game in 1988, I was a 12yo wearing short pants and struggling with my readin', writin' and 'rithmetic in grade eight. Now, I'm a father of three and a retired AFL player. And he's still going. Amazing! - Michael Voss

One of my favourites.
The image of him soaring above the pack v Geelong in 2003 is one of my all-time favourites. Back page of the Herald Sun - wish I'd kept it.
Definitely make room for him in a community or indigenous development role, he can contribute so much in this area.

I know he may not come up but we go worse if we could get him right 4 to 5 years left maybe, its worth a try.
Hell if we can put robert eddy and mini on the rookie list why not X!!!
