If you don't think 6 day breaks have a MASSIVE impact on the players and their chance of injury and general fatigue, have a read of David Misson's book.
They have a huge impact. Our excellent conditioning staff over the last 5 years have minimized the impact, but make no mistake - 6 day breaks, especially three in a row, make the players' job a lot harder.
"St Kilda, with nine, has the most six-day breaks."

Oh what would Missen know.....the goofballs on here seem to know exactly what it's like to recover from an AFL game of football so they must be speaking from experience!Legendary wrote:If you don't think 6 day breaks have a MASSIVE impact on the players and their chance of injury and general fatigue, have a read of David Misson's book.

Anyway it's great that we have Missen to help assist in the recovery times
oops hang on.....oh dear...... that's right he walked out..... seems to be a common theme developing
Why do we get screwed over every year with 6 day breaks?
How is it possible that the same club every year seems to get the most six day breaks?
