The 2012 St Kilda vengence list

Freo has come from nowhere in recent years to make my most hated team list.
First, Robert Harvey did his knee over there
Second. The cheating umpires boasting the plane after giving them the Freo match.
Third. Them sooking to the AFL over the siren-gate match.
Now Ross Lyon.

And Sydney are well up there too. There was Plugger, then Barry Hall, now Tommy Walsh.
It always used to be Collingwood, Essendon and Carlton, now it is'nt so simple.

Carlton did give us Goddard, but they have flogged us for years. The top 5 was basically to do with vengence, rather than overall hate. They are the 5 teams I want retribution against in 2012. I reckon Scotty 2 Hotty is the man to do it!

Reasons to hate Carlton - every saints supporter over the age of 35 will remember these two games

1987 - Princes Park - Owen kicks the sealer and his seventh(?) goal at the 30 minute mark to put us 7 points ahead. Outrageous free paid against Grant allows cheap kick to Spalding who feigns injury so that baldy Hanna (a better kick) can take the shot for him. he kicks it - another charity to the filth who end up winning the Flag that year. One point loss.

1989 - again Princes Park - in the absence of Plugger, Nicky Winmar steps up to the plate, kicks a lazy nine, including the one which I thought would surely be the winner when some opportunist with the assistance of the usual round of social club wing free kicks bags one late for them. We have a chance near the end when Harvs misses one on the run. One point loss.

If you can't hate Carlton then you're not really trying.

Collingwood Carlton and Essendon. All the same to me. Have hated them since the 40's.
