8+ years that are not top 10 paid players also free game.
With this being known how do you structure your list to maximise benefits, assuming everyone wants to get maximum pay?
Which players do you target?
Do you want a list that is high on talent and low on depth to be able to be able to attract players via free agency?
Could you turn your club around by massively bottoming out (firesale of players + free-agency compensation) and regenerate via the draft, experiencing the years of pain and poor results?
How else do you do it?
