Well said Punter.ThePunter wrote:Considering our lack of KPP and ruck prospects, he surely must be given some consideration.
Just kicked four goals in a final, FFS.
I'm so sick and tired of people slagging off others' thoughts in here without any real alternatives or reasoning of their own.
Give me the name of someone who we can plonk at full forward and compete (and dont tell me Kosi because that ship sailed long ago). Tommy Walsh????!!
FFS Saintsational fans......... the crudeness towards people throwing up ideas on this forum never ceases to amaze me.

Cant see one post slagging off others thoughts. Not one. People have disagreed. Surely that is their right.Simmo2 wrote:Well said Punter.ThePunter wrote:Considering our lack of KPP and ruck prospects, he surely must be given some consideration.

You give every player consideration, if they tick the majority of the boxes then you take a longer look at them.ThePunter wrote:He would be better than Fev because he can play in the ruck, and another position, and these guys are very important now.
I'm not saying use our first pick on him, I'm saying give him some consideration.

Also, would have to control his temper. Although, you can't blame him for his intolerance for the likes of Cameron Cloke.

Curb your enthusiasm - you’re a St.Kilda supporter!!
Plugger, in this context alone you are right.plugger66 wrote:Cant see one post slagging off others thoughts. Not one. People have disagreed. Trawling all the other posts though across the topics, the same theme recurs constantly. People saying "no" for the sake of it. What the hell does that add to anything??
In the future, if people are going to disagree- why can't they give a well thought out and reasoned response that actually adds something to the great debates that could actually be had on this site?

This is the Watters era not the Lyon we don't need to waste spots on our list or draft picks on other teams discards ... To quote Whitney " I believe the children (draft picks) are our are future ...
Teach them well and let them lead the way
Show them all the beauty (potential) they possess inside
Give them a sense of pride to make it easier (to get a debut)
Let the children's laughter (enthusiasm)remind us how we used to be (older players recapture youth)
Everybody (saintsational posters )searching for a hero (the next Plugger / Harvey / barker)
People need someone to look up to (Roo/lenny/BJ)
I never found anyone who fulfill my needs (Barry Brooks / Tommy Walsh / Fergus Watts)
A lonely place to be (Seaford??? Not that bad)
So I learned to depend on me (Roo/Lenny/BJ/Milney)".
