Official Fev to St. Kilda thread
Since Walsh has jumped ship, I'm getting on the Fev to St. Kilda bandwagon. Fev is willing to play for nothing and is guaranteed to kick bags of goals. Also, he has a soft spot for the Saints. I think there is plenty upside, considering we will have to give up preety much nothing for him.

Didn't he lose it onfield only a month or so back? I don't think he'd ever be 'changed', but maybe it is possible to supress the moron within for a few years...he's a Saints fan, here's his chance to live out that childhood dream.sainterinsydney wrote:There is strong talk that Fev is a changed man, and I think it wouldn't hurt us if he played up--it will hurt his brand more than ours. I think there is really nothing to lose in getting the Fevster.
i say welcome fev
stupid thinking otherwise who says babysit him
1 strike your gone simple as that!!!

I've always had a soft spot for Fev, if he'd played 15 years ago he would be a true ornament to the game. Too many media trained robots in the AFL now.
I'd be happy to offer him a rookie spot, or even pick him up in the draft with pick 100. Its not knee jerk, but I'd rather pick him up and have him play for 3 years while we nurture a couple of kids from this draft - as opposed to pick up another clubs half assed scraps (yes Gamble I'm talking about you) like we normally do.

I've used my outstanding paint skills to recreate some scenes from next year. If you look carefully you can see where I doctored the image to make it look like he's wearing a St. Kilda jumper.
In case any of you get confused I'd just like to reiterate that this isn't a real photo, it's been modified to make it look like Fev is wearing our jumper.

Of course, or maybe it's CashnereTM or FauxhairTM? The bogan does appreciate durability over quality, how many Hypercolour T-shirts made it to the early '00's???markp wrote:It's mohair!... no true bogan wardrobe is complete without one.degruch wrote:Not a big fan of the cashmere jumper...cowboy18 wrote:
Your source probably couldn't see Lynch and Walsh leaving in the same trade period either though so IMO he has to at the very least come into calculations.MC Gusto wrote:I have asked about this many times and my guy has said repeatedly he can't see it happening

Why would we want another cancer in the club.
There is a reason 2 clubs now have basically sacked him. Everyone knows how bad he is for a team enbvironment, listen to every AFL player when asked about Fev " Not really where we are at for our club , but hope for his sake someone else picks him up"
Hope he plays but not with us as we know he will F*ck us over is what they are saying.
We potentially face a summer of no off field distractions, why threaten that before it starts.
