If anyone cares, Holy (Watters) was just on TWR, so I suspect he'll be on SEN in the next few minutes (posted around 8.25am).

Watters on SEN:
Very busy already, meeting players, other club people, etc.
He wants to be across everything, to ensure they're all on the same page - can then give people space to grow. Not going to micro manage.
Thinks previous coaching experience (WAFL) will stand him in good stead.
Interviewing process "pretty solid", Saints had clear direction on what they wanted, and the club was prepared to be really diligent to select someone.
Rob Harvey - will meet with him on Tues (after trade things are finished), he'd love Rob to be involved but it's up to Rob.
Saints game plan will be balanced, defensively rock solid and build on what's there, but also to develop offensive to be a threat to the opposition.
Will need multiple components in forward line, multiple options, not just Nick, mentioned Siposs, Stanley.
Q re Nick as Captain, he said Nick had been fantastic in the times since his appointment and seemed really fit and positive, there was optimism in the group and to move forward not to reflect back.
Q re trading Gram, said he admires the way Gram plays.
Asked about Laidley, said he will talk to him.
