The "Fill In" coach may have been at a City Hotel being interviewed for the Big Gig !!

We even outdo Richmond these days for recruiting blunders over the past 8 years and Beveridge is a huge part of that mess!

If we had of had Geelong's Stephen Wells instead of Beveridge way back then we would most likely have three premierships by now!

SACK him immediately!

err....after the year we got Joey etc it all went pear-shaped till last year.

So I am assuming that you are talking about the long past.

All the club recruiting staff and footy dept staff were there at some stage during the week. On some days there were a few things going on a the one time so all the clubs split up.

It all started going pear shaped when John Peake started calling out the names. A great Ken Sheldon appointment that was !!! Last year was OK because the coach and Elshaug took over recruiting after the GF.
