His time was pretty slow, as he was on the phone most of the time, tweeting and reading this site…

Please explain... are you just posting things that seem funny to you, or are you being serious?

If you were there...You either ran with him side-by-side for the whole coarse or you got that perception from those that ran with him side be side, or you saw the times they ran, or you were there at the finish and he didn't raise a sweat...

Which is it?

Plugger was there and he is right, Gram looked a little heavy coming back from a few weeks off.

Did he avoid the puddes, refuse to run through potholes, keep at the back of the pack and generally had a hands off approach to the whole event?

Surely if the bloke want's to keep his job he would have at least run in the right direction......then maybe not.

Asked Schneids how the time trial went and he said they didnt have one. Think he said they did some kinda training but it was more a scare campaign to keep them on their toes and he said it worked well as none them were really looking forward to it.

That would make sense, can't see much point in a time trial before they have their break.

I heard that Gram turned up but saw that the time trial was in no condition to be run on so he let it recover for a while. That's when Lovett turned up and ran it anyway! The time trial was, understandably, distressed with the situation and will take the matter further!

Gram's name should be on the trade table but I think we would have to pay for a team to take him. He is lazy and has lost all the positive things about his game.
