We need the best coach possible for the club i think we all agree.
That would mean we should try our hardest to get malthouse he is the best current coach avaible.Love him or hate him i wont the Flag and i think he carn deliver that.
Or there is Mark williams of GWS sheedy said that if he got a senior coaching job he would not stand in his way.He has a great record and like malthouse is a premiership coach and there arent many of them around.
With these guys you know what you get and they know how to build teams for long term success.
Its a big gamble going with a untried assistant coach.

Plenty of previous threads on this.
I think that with Rodney gone and Mick gone also (plenty of reports that confirm this), the pickings are low for an experienced Coach, unless Choco comes in from nowwhere.
I think that the Geelong/Scott experience will influence the way the Club will go - a young gun (for future growth). Just hope that the entire Club gets 100% behind the new Coach.
