Jack Steven Silver Lining
Did anyone here that if Ross stayed Jack Steven was going to Collingwood? Apparently unhappy with how he was treated after the New Zealand rubbish at the start of the year. Parents were very upset and Jack belived he did nothing wrong.
I am happy to keep Jack over Ross.
This is legit by the way so save your rubbish 'hating'

Great news that Jack is staying, potential gun AFL player.
Treatment?
Is that the same treatment which resulted in putting Steven in the middle of the ground for the second half of the year?
Treated pretty harshly I'd say especially after being involved in a cocktail of drugs and alcohol at the start of the season.
Spinner, he only went to the middle after we were looking down the barrel of another loss to Melbourne who were rubbish. We were getting smashed in clearances by a team that didnt have its two best midfielders playing and in a desperate attempt to DO SOMTHING, he put Jack in the middle. WOWEEEEE wouldnt you know, he got half a dozen clearances and we ran over the top of them in the last. Wouldnt say that was coaching genius by Ross, very reactive and an obvious misunderstanding of where our young players were at.
I hope you info about the drug and alchol cocktail isnt purly based on that joke of a magazine some like to call a newspaper??

Didn't the club release a statement saying he did.
Was a while ago but pretty sure the club broke the story and not the newspaper.
Actually I don't know about the collingwood part but the part about the 4 kids being unhappy with their treatment is spot on. I had heard that Steven and Stanley were very upset, they were basically dumped completely from the club. They were training hard but being away from
An elite afl program their fitness took a bit of hit as well.
They definitely felt harshly done by the club.

Mainly off field treatment by RL I am reffering to.

Jack has never been upset with the treatment off the field from RL so I have no idea where you heard that rubbish.Ross who? wrote:Spinner wrote:Ross who? wrote:I believe you 100%.

I will not put the players in it but if you knew of my relationship with around 10 of the players you wouldn't even bother to dispute my knowledge.
Just out of interest,
Would you still like to dispute it?

My final say on this to you to prove my knowledge is that I do not work at the club however several of the players and their GF's have had dinner at my place and will be again in the coming weeks.plugger66 wrote:Ross who? wrote:Direct from the mouths of several young players. Maybe what Jack tells an outsider as you always say you are and his teammates are two different things P66?
So both of you could be correct in your views.

Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. That could be true but usually when you talk face to face to someone you know well they tell you the truth. In the other guys defence I havent spoken to Jack for well over a month but he was very happy at the club then I was waiting to sign a new contract and RL wasnt leaving at that stage.joffaboy wrote:Maybe what Jack tells an outsider as you always say you are and his teammates are two different things P66?
