if he wants it hard enough he can be a very good player in the future

Rhys has learnt a lot from the "NZ incident". Has been looking forward to 2012 since re-injuring his hammy. Would have played for Sandy if they had 1 more week this year.
I know him, he is 110% focused on tearing it up in 2012.

I hope your right regards his dedication for next year, we have some ruck deficiencies at the moment, with gardi retiring there is not too much back up in that department.
If Big Mac goes down with major injury, only really have Kosi and Rhys to ruck.
I guess our recruiters would be looking for a future ruck for us, either a young already established ruck or in the draphts this year.

Not going o/seas this off season. Staying home and working hard at fitness, etc. To give himself the best chance of hitting the preseason at it's hardest.

IMO we will draft an established ruck around 23-26 yo

Rhys is the obvious Kosi replacement but I reckon Kosi's got a chapter or 2 still to go. Is there room in the team for Ben, Kosi & Rhys? Probably not but it will make interesting watching.

Just needs some confidence and game time and he will start clunking a few.(Like most young kids)
Was always wondering if the next AFL game was going to be his last before he was going to be dropped.

Apparently not many of our players are going O/seas this year. The younger ones in particular are keen to have a red hot crack at a good pre season campaign.
