I wont belive any speculation until I see a presser with our new coach sitting next to Roo and Westaway giving a passionate speach about how we will continue to fight against adversity.

That being said I seriously doubt Ayres has even spoken to us given he is leading Port Melbourne into a Grand Final on Sunday

You had better be joking! If he is the best available so be it BUT, there is NO way due diligence would have been done by the Saints in interviewing all candidates yet.
Ayres said on SEN yesterday he had his CV sitting in the safe locked up ready to go. HE SAID HE WOULD LOVE TO BE CONTACTED BUT HASN'T YET.
