Justin Leppich is an interesting one worth considering..
Obviously i've no idea, but he strikes me as in interesting fellow... Hearing him speak very occassionally has been quite high quality too...
From the Lethal school... Super successful playing career... Done the rounds as an assistant for a while now....

I think your last point sums it up for me - don't look for leigh mathews but look for some of his proteges..... e.g. Scott brosSobraz wrote:Justin Leppich is an interesting one worth considering..

I've never seen a bad St.Kilda player - that's just how they are.

From my observations at training Banger did very little talking. Most of it was from Kingsley and to a lesser extent Hudson. Incidently the unloyal one did very little too3rd generation saint wrote:Has anyone had any feedback regarding Harvey's performance as an assistant.
Has he had any interesting ideas, I'd just like to know if he is a legitimate contender based on his ability to coach, or just because he is a club legend.

I do not like the idea of club legends returning to coach just because they are legends. In my humble view: Voss is a mistake, Hurd is a mistake and I believe Buckley will be a mistake...........lefty wrote:We could stick with Harvs...
Hes been an assistant at Carlton for 2 years and 1 with Ross right?
Hird had 0 experience before he became the Essendon coach.
If Harvs were to coach, he'd need another 1-2 experienced people, GT and MM or ?
My preferred coach?.........go after MM flat out ........he has a few years left in him.........Do I like him? No..........Do I think he is a good fit for the Club? Yes..........He and Milney will smoke a peace pipe together and all will be forgiven............!!!!
