Let's face it, none of us would have any idea who's better out of Mark Neeld, Scott Burns and Leigh Tudor. We don't get any real visibility of what assistant coaches do. So how can we even pretend to have a preference out of them?
However, we've seen all the guys in this poll ad nauseum, so I reckon we're in a position to choose between them. I haven't included Malthouse, Matthews or Roos because they would have won and I don't think we're a snowball's chance in hell of getting them.

looks like this is going to be a landslide in favour of "none of the above".
seriously? you'd all rather an untried coach who could be the next peter rohde or wayne brittain or matthew knights... or tim watson?
some of these guys are proven match winners. one of them has a flag. is it not better the devil you know?

maybe true. i want allan jeans to coach us to the next six flags and i don't reckon i'm a heap more likely to get that than we are to get malthouse.

i touched on that in the first post. not including malthouse, roos or matthews because we just can't get them.

I'd suggest Spud has moved on career-wise.

Rumour out of SANFL has it that Malthouse or Roos will coach St. KIlda. Will have to wait and see if this is true.

i'm not sure how there can be "rumours" given that literally NO-ONE in the entire world knows who will coach us next year. there can be speculation, sure, but "rumours" need to at least have a whiff of fact about them.

The only experienced coaches I'm interested in are Roos and Bomber Thompson - still undecided on Choco Williams......
If Roos has a contract, hopefully it has a get-out clause

Can only hope. Preferable Malthouse as he has a 'slightly' more attractive game plan whereas Roos is similar in style to what we have.

Nick Dal Santo as player/coach. Our leadership group are now VERY experienced. I'm sure they could pull it off.
Gehrig emerged from scans yesterday saying he was "as sweet as a bun"
