It's the way its been done, even thou I have a real hate feeling towards RL at the moment. If I step back from my emotion for 5 seconds, I just feel for the players, they didn't even get the respect from him, he couldn't do the right thing by the playing group by sitting down and tell them face to face he was no longer going to be around.

Yes leave because of the cash, but don't burn your bridges while doing it and I am sure the players are feeling pretty let down by RL

Whats wrong with disliking someone for screwing you (yes - 99% of the fans will feel as though they have personally been screwed over because we invested faith and energy into him & the club).
