Hey sainters, first post from a long time lurker here (had to join up to view the site)...
...Really disappointed at Ross walking out, however as much as I hate the cats, hoping our 2012 can emulate their 2011 - a new coach to reinvigorate the boys and another crack at our elusive second flag next year!

I thought I would join Saintsational this week to read players movements etc for 2012, wasn't expecting it to be about a new coach.
Personally disappointed he's gone I thought we needed the stability for a few more years but on the hand at least we may now see a bit more attacking footy and let some of the boys off the leash and bring in some of the younger players and lets see what were made of.
Bring on 2012

In hindsight, Ross has been gone since early in the season.
There were rumours early that he wanted out of the place. His press conferences in the last few matches. Looking in the rear view mirror.
He's been gone for a while.
I didn't think it would be Fremantle though. Thought it would be Melbourne.
We are now in deep sh1t without a paddle and 5 weeks behind in the coach race. And about to go into rebuilding mode. Not a good position to be in at all.

Re: Gone
Obviously there's not enough threads about Lyon on the front page, so you needed to bump one from two years ago.noddy wrote:Bump
