Only reason would be if the club know he's going and are trying to put some PR spin out there for the hordes of nuffies,clueless gits and apologist clowns to lap up!

"Ross Lyon is contracted until 2012" and we expect him yada, yada

"Spirit of the contract" blah, blah, blah

fact is these clowns put in get out clauses and the contract isn't worth the paper it's written on

Spirit of the contract means SFA

A two year extension compared to five years is not going to get the deal done even if Ross Lyon prefers to stay with us

He's an absolte professional at writing pure dribble. He's had bucketloads of practice doing it (as a few others also well rehearsed in writing crap). My biggest question is how does he type so fast one handed whilst flogging himself at the same time? Truly miraculous!
