It could be unifying, we could boo our coach instead of finding weak links in the playing group.thejiggingsaint wrote:IF Rl went to smelbourne and IF M Malthouse was appointed at St Kilda as coach both He and Milney would have to reconcile their differences and we would have to make a choice about whether we continued our membership/support of the club. Personally I feel that no single decision by any one administration would EVER make me stop supporting the CLUB. I don't have to ENJOY or support such a decision, and would make my feelings known, but not to renew? ARE YOU KIDDING??? ARE YOU CRAZY!!!!!!??????????

MATE! YOU may not want these guys at the club. And I may not want 'em at the club. Joffaboy certainly dont want 'em at our club! But IF any of these guys was appointed all of us would have to cop it sweet. THEN make our moves at the AGM!!!! but I could never contemplate not being a member!
St Kilda forever ( God help me)

IMO, the club should sever all ties and start a trade embargo with the Filth. They (and fans included) have shown nothing but contempt for our club in recent times. I think it's time the club took a stand to show it won't tolerate this sort of crap.
Not to mention, all of the former Filth players we've had in the past turned out to be Elmer Fudds.
Quite frankly, Mick Malthouse can go f**k himself. He has burnt his bridges too far with the club. It would be ridiculous for him to try to reconcile any differences.
If he he was offered a coaching position he would only consider it through its monetary value, nothing else.
It would be far worse than the Blight situation. He would take the money and run. Screw us over good and proper.
Say "NO" to Mick. There are better things in life, kids.
If Ross is to leave us, there will be plenty of young and enthusiastic coaches interested in applying for the position.

Curb your enthusiasm - you’re a St.Kilda supporter!!

Look if Ross goes, I'd rather someone new with new ideas, because that is what I think we would need.
I don't want a recycled coach like Eade, who incidently has never coached a premiership team, Craig, or Williams, who despite the fact he has a premiership, also carries some baggage from his overstay at Port Adelaide.
If Ross stays, I would like some new assistants such as a gut I hate, and I'll mention again Wayne Carey, because I think our forwards badly need someone like that.

Except for the sanity nothing much has been lost.
You dont ant Craig or Williams but what about Craig Williams. A great jockey. He may make a great coach.3rd generation saint wrote:Look if Ross goes, I'd rather someone new with new ideas, because that is what I think we would need.
