FU - Ticketmaster!
A Monday morning and I'm p*ssed off, thanks to Ticketmaster's incompetence.
I still haven't had my tickets emailed to me. According to Ticketmaster we are still in the 20th Century. To come to think about it, being in the queue and acquiring tickets the old fashioned way seemed to be more reliable.
Anyway, this thread goes out to all who encountered frustrations this morning thanks to these utter flogs.
Go vent a little at these farking @rse-hats who themselves "Ticketmaster". You'll feel a little better

Yes, a sensible suggestion. I did take that precaution.matrix wrote:sometimes it takes a good couple of hours to get that email
i always take a copy of the final page when you get the ok that you have got tickets and it says you will get an email with the tickets enclosed
just in case
Did we really wait 2 hours last year for the tickets to arrive via email?
I think the main reason for my outburst on Ticketmaster was because I got thrown off during the ordering process by those boxes next to each membership barcode. I put the number "1" inside each box. Don't ask me why. I had Level 1, Row A all lined up. It was like a dream. The dream however turned into a nightmare as I discovered I had been charged x2 for each person I was buying a ticket for. Had to reset and order again. Fortunately, not too much of a comprimise. Relegated a few rows back and aisles to the side.
First World problems...

Can someone tell me where the email tickets option was. All I got was and option to have the tickets delivered with a cost or an option to peick up. Yes I didnt stop to read cos I was too worried about just getting the tickets to be honest. I logged in to see if there was an option through "my ticketmaster" which there is to print tickets but my order isnt there. I have received and email saying order complete, but I am sure ticketek used to just email them through.
So I guess my question is , was I supposed to tick a box or something to get them emailed?

I haunt received my email ticket either.
I assume this is deliberYe to free up bandwidth for bookings.
Remember, MCC visitor tickets go on sale at midday so perhaps they are waiting for that demand spike to settle and then they'll email tickets from 1pm is my guess.
Makes sense, but why not communicat it?
I got my confirmation email so I guess it doesn't matter at this stage.

Interesting that I put my barcode in and it said it was exhausted still offered me guest passes.
Anyway have emailed them to see if I can get them emailed so will see what they say.
My own fault I need to just slow down and take a breath. Always stresses me cos I am getting for others

Being that you're 12 rows from the fence, I'd be most surprised if you can't see the scorebaord from your position.saintspremiers wrote:Got mine also.
Is row L on level one under the overhang or out in the open?
Can I see the all of the scoreboard???

I sit in reserved seats - Level 1 on the wing during the H & A. Couldn't get anywhere near it at 9:30. Ticketmaster and the AFL stink to high heaven IMO.
I wish the AFL would give us our game back. Not bloody likely, what a farkin' circus.
