Tickets on-sale:
Competing Club Members Monday 5 September (9am local time)
AFL Members (Etihad Stadium final) Monday 5 September (9am local time)
AFL Members (MCG final) Tuesday 6 September (9am local time)
General Public Tuesday 6 September (12pm local time)
So looks like Monday morning at 9am if you have club support or AFL membership with final being at Etihad

If that is correct, I think is a good idea, but i hope members do not miss out or get inferior seats than the vistors.

Just maybe they have stats that show this game is actually no hope of selling out.ando051 wrote:Not saying it will happen with this game, but if all Saints members purchased 2 tickets per membership that's 80,000 so how does the general public get a ticket to the game. or maybe it's in response to members of clubs saying they dislike having to wait till wednesday and taking pot luck in getting tickets away from Club areas when going with friends.
this was precursored prior to it being known that we would be playing at Etihad..

Exactly, the pricing doesn't help either for a match like ours.plugger66 wrote:Just maybe they have stats that show this game is actually no hope of selling out.ando051 wrote:Not saying it will happen with this game, but if all Saints members purchased 2 tickets per membership that's 80,000 so how does the general public get a ticket to the game. At best, 40,000 is my guess.

What about the Melbourne swans members?
4 tickets per membership?
so non members are being rewarded by just knowing a member, thats just crap.
So if you don't get on lets say by 2.00pm. Social club members could miss out entirely???
Seriously, makes NO sense !!!

It also makes no sense that we have 40K members yet have consistently got crappy crowds to nearly all our home games.tweedaletomanning wrote:Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever???ando051 wrote:Not saying it will happen with this game, but if all Saints members purchased 2 tickets per membership that's 80,000 so how does the general public get a ticket to the game. How many people are going to go out and find 4 other people to go
I would imagine it would be mroe designed for families who wish to take - mum and dad who may not be members- a wife or husband who may not be a member
