Milney
I have been skeptical the last few weeks about our ability to have any real impact in the finals. But if the fire in milneys eyes at the final siren is anything to go by. I'm confident we are ready to give it one almighty shake.

Do we have anything to worry about regarding MRP?

He made things interesting, not least for his coach. ''He frustrated me a little bit with some of the basics. I think that's Stephen a little bit, sometimes the front and centre handpass or don't toe-poke it off the ground,'' said Ross Lyon.
''I said to Stephen at half-time, just do the basics, but then he did some incredibly special things and some great tackles. Nobody's perfect and Stephen's human. He's been a high-level performer for a long time. He's a great St Kilda player.''
Milne has been doing this for 11 years now. Eleven years of dealing with pesky back pockets, 11 years of working in small spaces, 11 years of trying to make every moment count.

He was superb tonight. Absolutely superb, considering also the poor bugger was as sick as a dog. I don't know how many times he was throwing his guts up on the sidelines tonight. Flu?
One of his goals was another goal of the year contender IMHO. At least that's how it looked from the ground. Yet to watch it on the idiot box.

When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!

It was brilliant. Perhaps not as flashy as some others but, unlike them, this was the goal that brought us back into the game. In my view, as far as great goals are concerned, context is eveything.St. Luke wrote:One of his goals was another goal of the year contender IMHO. At least that's how it looked from the ground. was watching on youtube milney's 1999 reserves GF for essendon against st kilda.
the kid was brilliant then.
I remember that, after a successful year for the magoo's, timmy watson's last act as coach was to take over the reserves team in 1999 for the grand final...
