The game may mean squat, but gee it is nice to see the filth blown apart and made to look second rate, I'll have more of that over the next few weeks.
As for us, our last game does mean something, final at Etihad requires us to win.
I'm hopeful, but not confident. However if we can reproduce last weeks form, we will win comfortably.

Except for the sanity nothing much has been lost.
I'll be tipping West Coast.plugger66 wrote:Yep and probably proves how little it matters. Easy to see why people change their mind weekly instead of looking at the bigger picture. I can't believe anyone is saying this doesn't matter though, it matters an awful lot surely?
37 scoring shots to 12, don't buy it plugger, otherwise they may as well of done a Hawthorn and rested their stars.

Bookies still have Blues as favourite so they are not adhering to our theory are they?plugger66 wrote:Yep and probably proves how little it matters. Oi P66, why on earth do you always have to be the voice of reason. Is it really that difficult to join the fun once in a while. After all, there is only one thing better than seeing Collingwood get beaten. Seeing them being thrashed and humiliated. Unless of course, they are being quite disrespectful and devious by 'chucking' the game. Those sneaky pricks are quite capable of this.
I'm livin' in a madhouse
You are easily convinced. WCE have actually no hope but keep dreaming.SainterK wrote:I'll be tipping West Coast.plugger66 wrote:Yep and probably proves how little it matters. Sucked in?saintspremiers wrote:SainterK you're smarter than that. Don't get sucked in so easily!
Pies last month.
We were certainly in the contest, Brisbane also were, they beat a decimated Freo and Port.
IMO opinion, too much muscle flexing.
West Coast are in a perfect position, they can use Nic Nat third man up and lessen Ball and Swan, expose Collingwood's defence with their incredible amount of talls.
I would be rubbing my hands together if I was Woosha, come out hard early!

People can't seriously be thinking the Pies were throwing this game? Playing for spots? Potentially testing their mettle on s serious finals contender? You've got to be joking!
When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!

They didn't throw it, rather treated it as a practice match, much like the nab cup.plugger66 wrote:Who said they threw tha game. dont think so.degruch wrote:Well, they better bounce back next week, otherwise (provided we beat Sydney), we'll be playing West Coast (and a 3:1 free kick advantage) at home...that'd be the toughest gig in footy at the moment.
IF we beat sydney we play the loser of geelong/hawthorn

True! We'd sooner not travel, not there anyway.degruch wrote:Well, they better bounce back next week, otherwise (provided we beat Sydney), we'll be playing West Coast (and a 3:1 free kick advantage) at home...that'd be the toughest gig in footy at the moment.
