bombers have:
- bulldogs (etihad)
- west coast (patersons)
- port (etihad)
- bye

so you'd expect a maximum of 2 wins, if west coast are honest

sydney have:
- richmond (mcg)
- st kilda (anz)
- geelong (skilled)
- brisbane (scg)

expect minimum 2 wins (hopefully not 3), 1 guaranteed loss

sydney they have 7% on essendon so should hold 7th (freo also have a tough run and won't get 7th, might get 8th)

we will play sydney in first week of finals, location is the only thing not determined

(Note: even if we only win 1 of last 4, such as the north game, hopefully essendon can't catch 10% worth of percentage)

some interesting things happen with that predictor on the afl site when you play around

like if the blues beat us they end up against the pies the first week

and cats hawks in the first week

(obviously depending on no upsets with the remaining games)

going to be a great few weeks coming up

us 6th and essendon 7th.

unlikely we'd reach 5th and have to play an 8th essendon.
same for essendon finishing 6th and us 7th.

I think this result is good for us.

If we continue to fear an Essenscuk rabble by hide and seek we dont deserve to be there.

Swans now behind us by a game. Good. Want a home final more than hiding from Essenscum.

It's a shame it hasn't caught on anywhere else though. Most of the traffic for ladder is either from the site's users or here. I don't think there's any other place to view a live ladder.

I just think people dont know about it as you maybe havent put links out to relevant sites and are quite hard to find on google ...

I think the live ladder is great at this time of the year especially for clubs battling for position in the eight ... post a few links on BF and other clubs forums and watch your stats grow .....

Agree. We should welcome the chance to play them even in a knock out final. Hopefully put some demons to rest when it really counts.

Would give me great pleasure to knock them out in week one as they assume arrogantly that they have our measure.

hopefully - would love to get that monkey off our back - and in a final too!
would add that little notch of confidence when we hit the 2012 season!
be happy this year to make the prelim, or simply win in week one if against the bombers.
