Doing a much better job after a nerve-wracking start...mind you, easy to get caught out against unpredictable forward movement from North. Man, being a coach is a game of holding your nerve sometimes...I would have moved him in the first 20 minutes, but he's come good.

As I see it at 1/2 time..

Rooey's got his confidence up.. :D

Peake's been great!! (what's the story with his socks?)

Dal's skills by hand and foot are a joy to watch.

Great to see the boys back themselves to score quickly and frequently.

Forward line instantly becomes 100% more potent as soon as Gamble is dragged and replaced by Lynch. Make that a permanent change, thanks Ross.

Steven playing like it's a grand final, Peake playing really good footy, Riewoldt back to what he does best and and McEvoy has become our best ruckman since Everitt.

Armo needs to go back to the midfield; he looks unsure and uncomfortable as a forward and would be much better than Polo. Jones now has two handballs directly to multiple North players and Gram just isn't prepared to work hard. But overall the skills are up and defensive pressure is very good. Just need a few underperformers to lift or be replaced.

Did you read the article about him in the paper today. Really honest interview and he said that he has been trying too hard to make it up to people.

Would love us to win for his 100th and a lot of other reasons of course

Gram is doing very little. When he does it is the wrong option. Really needs to lift, otherwise any of the youngsters should take his spot. At least they will give more intensity.

B.J's skills by foot are the best in the Team...

If Roo got this sort of delivery every week he'd constantly kick bagfuls.....

It's great to see his team-mates putting the pill out in front of him, instead over over hie head.

Gram playing for his future as a Saints player. If he gets dropped between now and end of season its hard to see him not being used as trade bait.

Gamble's not clean with the footy at all.

Polo has been good, he's just a bit slow offloading the footy in the packs.

Steven and McEvoy could make a great midfield pair over the next 10 or so years. Are they signed up?

What are everyone's thoughts on joey's game so far?

IMO I think he has been a bit out of sorts. Not sure what is happening. Not his usual self.

:?

...hopefully Raph can do better if he's subbed on..... but this game's being played at a pretty frenetic pace.

They've got him playing in the inside more with Lenny out. He's still getting the pill just not out in space as much. Peake is doing that role quite nicely.

Joey's struggling, hopefully he can have an impact in the second 1/2.
