Strongly agree with this Maklom the new poster, aside from Raph...

I've given up on Raph, he is a wasted talent on the list, but we have few options at the moment with a few injuries... But he is not a squib... He puts his body on the line...

Gram doesn't... We all know that... So fair call...

And Gamble is rubbish, as soft as butter, and has no place in our side... Terrible selection...

As for the newby, 2 outa 3 aint bad... Hang around... :D
A specific number? No. OTOH we often get visited by trolling oppo fans who slag our blokes off and disapear into the sunset. I'm not a fan of them ... and I (perhaps wrongly as it turned out) assumed our erstwhile newbie was of that ilk.

But IMO Raph gets bashed on this forum far too much, often wrongly. I agree with you about him; he may not be the most aware bloke going around but it is completely unreasonable to call him in particular a squib. He's always put himself in harms way when needed.

Gram and Gamble may have to go harder, but squib is a bit rich.

Anyway, AFAIAC if all you want to do is slag our players off then you can expect to get called on it by me. Constructive critisism is fine, pure abuse is not. If you don't like my attitude on that too bad.

Fair enough, squib is a point of soreness when using it to describe St Kilda players. I will use it much more sparingly on this forum in the future.

On another note, how long is Jason Blake out for exactly and what precisely is his injury?

Would have thought they're resting Siposs, as he's done some hard work over recent weeks...he's 19 isn't he? Or, has he been named for Sandy?

IIRC Blakey has a mild medial strain from his crash with Dempster vs Freo. He's expected to miss 3-4 weeks from then.
