Very happy to see Lynch in... I hope he gets atleast 3/4 consecutive games to adjust to the pace of the top level...

Cripps to return hopefully the week after...

A team with Cripps, Sippos, Lynch, Winmar, alongside Steven, Armo...

Very exciting...

With Walsh and Ledger in the wings... New look side being buit around our core for 2012...

where will Lynch play? it seems that Cripps was playing in the forward line, and Lynch is more a backline player. I wonder whether they will do to him what they did last year and put him in the forward line where he was no good.

They very well may do so. Just remember he was a forward before he was a backman.

And don't write him off based on one game opposed to Dustin Fletcher. Many others, including experienced players, have failed that task.

How did you expect him to go, up against Dustin Fletcher, in first game, in a game where we got beaten? He was thrown to the wolves!
It seems strange that he gets his chance now, though, on such a big ground. I thought they hadn't picked him in recent weeks because of his lack of speed, but now they bring him in for a game at Subi, to replace Cripps?
Anyway, good luck to him!

Not to mention that the whole team more or less got smashed that night...

Not a good night to be a forward when you team is copping a pasting.

Prefer to see him in a permanant back line role, learning his craft alongside Sam Fisher...

I'd like to see him where Ray's been named, with Ray pushing more into the midfield and forward...

good selection, if he had nt been knocked out me thinks he would have played last week.

Cripps would have enjoyed a break anyway. Would expect winmar to play as the sub and give us some run in the second half.

Lynch would play down back, allowing gilbert and chips to run on the ball. This seemsa long term plan now, not a short term fix it which is excellent!

Ross indicated that Blake Kosi and Fisher may be as last week.

I'm surprised Gram isnt playing on that big Subi oval. Thought they may have resurected him for his run. (not injured is he ?)

I'd rather see Goddard forward than Dal.

Seems to have bad groins. ( No jokes please) Has looked shot in quite a few games over the last year or two.

Great to see Lynch get a gig. Hopefully the big ground of Subi and his debut doesn't freak him out too much and everyone can see what we have been seeing in the ressies.
