Was that the game that we won but lost the points on protest for whatever reason?
I remember reading about that happening against Geelong at some stage in our history?
P.S just on the Watson thing, it has happened since that the Brownlow Medalist didn't win the club B and F. one such occasion was Akermanis. The year he won his brownlow I think he finished 4th in the club award.

Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons; for you are a quick and tasty morsel.

Darrell Baldock won the best and fairest in 1965 when Ian Stewart won the brownlow.HarveysDeciple wrote: P.S just on the Watson thing, it has happened since that the Brownlow Medalist didn't win the club B and F. one such occasion was Akermanis. OK - a more recent match.
Saints v girlong (R16 1993)
We won (naturally) - 177 to 106
Plugger must have kicked 10 you say......no Plugger was out (injured I think). We had 13 goalkickers that day.
The Q - what was remarkable about our score line?

Yes St Fid - nobody kicked more than 1 point except Gordon Fode:
20 kicks, 14 marks, 5 goals 9 behinds.
I don't remember the game - Fode must have played full forward (maybe with O'Brien?)
Your turn St Fid.

Gee, it's getting tough to find a question...
Here's one....
Stewie Loewe was 30 when he reached his 250th milestone...
1. Who did the Saints play against?
2. At what Ground?
3. What was the score?
