I'm still struggling to find any evidence of anything except lukewarm and totally dubious nonsense.

Personally, I wouldn't accept a single word of what Duthie says as anything even closely resembling truth.

For mine, that leaves Nixon innocent, because his guilt simply can't be proven.

No. I'm simply applying the same standards we're all meant to abide by.

She's bullshitted her way out of excuses. The allegations are hers. She's the key witness, if you like. If it were a court case in cross examination she'd be ripped apart by a two-bit conveyancing lawyer let alone a skilled advocate. She'd be shown up as a) a chronic liar and b) mentally disabled or c) both.

And Nixon, if an addict and/or mentally affected by addiction, and he can prove it, then, well, he does have an excuse, at least in part.

Would't get past day one.

That's the way it is.

No 'case'. Move on.

Personal opinions of punters like you or me about guilt or innocence matter little.

This report is being bandied about as proof that RN had sex with KD. The latter herself is stating that.

From my reading it's nothing of the sort. It's simply proof that Galbally accepted her story over his. There's comments re the photos & text messages being real in the eyes of the Police. But the way I read it there is no indisputable proof of any sex taking place.

In saying that I am not excusing RN's role in all of this.

Why would anyone stick up for RN? Unless you are blind, he ended up in KD's room in his jocks. Maybe I am nieve but surely that counts for a fair bit. He is 48 years old and looking after some of our players and somehow ends up in a room with a 17 year old girl who has tried to stuff up some of our players who he happens to manage. The guy is by far a bigger loser than KD. At least she said she had a reason for doing what she did and is only 17. RN is married with kids, looking after our players and is 48 years old.
