I will throw up if I ever hear that player (whose namesake is also a small car ) and is associated with the great Robert Harvey. WHOEVER attributed that name to him should have their head read. It stops now! It simply is the greatest inaccuracy of all time!

Yhe OP means Mini - McQualter was named Mini as in a mini Robert Harvey.

The OP is implying that McQualter is not fit to clean the great mans boots.

Agree 100%

That said player should be associated with Tim Elliot or David Strooper

He has a two digit number starting with 3.

All comparisons end there!

I knew the OP meant Mini. And I certainly don't see McQ as being anything like a Harvey.

But he went ok tonight IMO.

The man himself would agree that he is not in the same league as robert harvey. That he has been labelled with that moniker is not his fault. I think he is an honest player that gives his all. Lyon has always said that he respects an honest effort and so i think that is why he consistently gets a game. Also from what i have heard about the x essendon player's situation at our club his integrity is superb. Not the most talented but maybe a real leader that maybe with a few more of we might have had a bit more silverware in the cupboard over the years.

Mini actually played a pretty reasonable game tonight. One of our better players for mine. When he gets the footy he generally uses it pretty well, and tonight he did that. I wonder how he'd go instead of Jones as our no. 1 tagger.

Could be interesting though i don't think he is as strong as Jones but i do feel he reads the game better.

I only saw the last 45 minutes of the game but in that time Mini was bloody awful. He got a bit of te footy but absolutely butchered it. Shouldn't be on the list
