EA sports made a good one in 99, I remember my brother having it on PS1, they then went away from EA sports *$$* and through to the last 10 years have only pumped out crap. Who made this one?

games good. Game play 10/10

graphics. 6/10 think fifa 09

controls tricky at first but great once you adapt. Camera angle needs a bit of improvement. Great fun after first game or 2

Overall 8.5/10

Why couldn't i have gotten online an hour earlier, if I knew it was already out I would have gone down to the shops and got it

Oh well, I guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow.

It would seem that I'm not the only one who has a significant gaming problem, people will laugh at this but once you get sucked into a game it can become very difficult to stop, you just keep on thinking, one more game.

I have played the newest wwe game for about 20 hours in the last 3 days, it's crazy, it's not even that good.

Got it today, graphics are shite but its an AFL game u have to get it, it is really fun once u get the hang of the controls and is alot harder than any previous afl game.
But, one thing i must address is the player ratings...for starters Clint Jones is rated 91!!! to put that in perspective, Roo is 94, Goddard is 90, JONES IS NOT BETTER THAN GODDARD!!! Also, Jack Steven is only rated 57 thats too low!!

Played this today also. It's the only afl game worth buying since Aussie rules footy on the NES. Plays beautifully and looks fine. Very deep too with heaps of options like season, create a player plus online play. If you've been burned by previous afl efforts, relax because this one is excellent.

No doubt its worth getting but compared to games like fifa 11 the graphics are average but certainly alot better than any other afl game made

But i have discovered Nicholas Winmar is a absolute champion. Put him in the forward line and he kicks goal after goal.. He is currently leading the Coleman Medal after 7 rounds...

What are the options like when it comes online/multiplayer?

Can you play your friends on PS3 if they have the game too? If so does it allow co-op with a friend against other online players?

Might have to grab this if that side of it is any good!

The game is great, but hilarious. Made a 172cm guy with elite ruck skills and watch him smash sandilands.

Winmar is a gun and surprisingly, so is Polo. They've kicked 26 goals between them, 5 rounds in.

Stanley is horrendous up forward (listed as ruck, go figure), while Gwilt, Steven and Smith are underated excessively.

Dont get me started on Didak>Swan either.
